Join Karen Wiggins & Alexandria Romero on this sultry Midsummer's Night for a very special reunion; not only with your supportive teachers, beloved friends, and our sacred community, but more importantly, a Re-Union of your WHOLE self: Body, Mind, and Soul.
We have selected this special date and magical venue to reunite our talents and weave together an inspirational evening retreat just for you, at the incredible Momma Yurt...
Your experience opens with a 75 minute All Levels Yoga Session with Karen. This vibrant and restorative asana flow will reconnect you with your body, through mindful movement & breath awareness, and settle your mind, through guided meditation.
Next, we’ll take time to reconnect with each other and nourish ourselves as we share an organic gluten free vegan meal, prepared with love by Alyson Melrose, Momma Yurt's very own on-site chef.
After our meal, Alexandria will facilitate your inward journeying of coming together in wholeness- through guided journaling and vision mapping.
Create a vision for yourself that is in harmony with the highest good for your MIND, BODY, HEART, AND SPIRIT- in relationship to all the parts of your life, enhancing your WHOLE experience.
This collective experience is an opportunity for you draw together and share all the precious pieces of yourself to explore what brings you joy, and sparks your creativity!

Mother and Daughter Workshop Series: Empower Your Girls & Strengthen Your Bond.~
Join Alexandria Romero for a 4-part workshop series for mothers and their daughters, ages 12-15, to empower our girls, strengthen the bond of loving understanding between moms and daughters, and teach meditation and creative journaling practices our girls can use to stay connected to themselves, and create positive meaning from the challenges in their lives.
Here are the topics that will be covered over the course of the 4-week series through meditation, creative journaling, experiential exercises, and sharing:
Empowerment. Differentiating between positive and negative self-talk. Girls will be empowered to choose how they think and feel about themselves.
Self-Esteem. Identifying and exploring strengths, loves, passions, creativities, talents, gifts, and activities that bring joy and that will have a positive impact on themselves and their world.
Body Talk: Discerning their yes’s from their no’s by tuning into their bodies and their inner-guidance, and making decisions that honor their highest good. Girls will practice assertiveness, as honesty with love.
Mindfulness: Mindfulness to reduce stress, and better understand and process their emotions. Girls will practice responding, rather than reacting.
