Falling in Love with Yourself is a 5 week course intended to help you reconnect with yourself in a more loving way. In this online course you will receive course material Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays that include guided meditations, themed writing prompts, and experiential exercises. You will also be provided with an online space to share with other participants, as well as receive positive feedback and support from me. Here are the themes for the course modules:
Creating sacred space, cultivating loving awareness, identifying what fills you with love and joy, cultivating gratitude through recognizing blessings in your life, reflecting on strengths and passions, finding glory in the ordinary, mirror exercises, giving your feelings a voice, practicing assertive communication, exploring oracle cards, practicing affirmations, celebrating successes, practicing love in action, loving yourself through challenges, and integrating your learning and experiences.
This course will provide you with the tools to reconnect with yourself in a more deep, meaningful, and loving way!

A 5-Week Online Course (Dates TBA)
βLet it Go! (that bad habit of yours, and honor your WHOLE self- body, mind, heart, and spirit!)β is a 5 week program that guides you through the process of releasing an old habit, and embracing new, in-honor-of-your-highest-good practices, with both vision and intention.
The course is made up of 10 classes spread out over 5 weeks. Each class includes a guided meditation, and writing prompts to facilitate the process that each lesson focuses on. Let it Go is a course that was born from my own process of letting go of a longtime habit. It was a process of understanding what the relationship meant in my life, how it all began, and how it had evolved over time. It was about understanding the inner-conflict that my habit was creating, because so much of my time and energy was being consumed by analyzing it, stressing about it, feeling guilty about it, and then feeling stuck in it. And so I began the journey of understanding all of my feelings that kept me holding on, and situations that drew me back, even though I had said, "enough is enough," many times before. I wrote the stories that needed telling. I got honest with myself about the change that my highest good was calling out for. I created new rituals in my evenings that honored my mind, body, heart, and spirit. I asked for spiritual support and guidance through prayer and mantra. And I was compassionate with myself, and took on the role of curious observer throughout my process of letting go, and holding on, letting go, and holding on, until I was ready to take the final leap of faith.

Awaken to your spirit, open your heart, and create your vision. For 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, directly to your inbox, receive meditations, reflective and creative writing prompts, and life refining exercises. In your own time, in less than an hour each day, and from the comfort of your own home:
Awakening to who it is you are.
Envisioning what it is you want.
Releasing what it is you need to let go of.
Awaken to an awareness of your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and intuitions. Increase daily mindfulness and tune into how it is you are presently experiencing yourself and your life. Envision your life from the inside out. Create an intentional life where love is at the heart of who you are and what you do. Release any resistance (unhealthy habits, self-limiting thoughts, or unloving feelings) that you experience to living your awakened vision.
