Develop new practices to invite more love, presence, and peace into the relationship with yourself and the ones you love.

It will be an afternoon alongside the bay devoted to guided meditation, journaling, and communion with your soul sisters. You will walk away from this afternoon feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and supported!

Cost: $50 includes the workshop, a journal to take home, light snacks & refreshments, and new practices to integrate into your daily life! Bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothing.
